Carrington Gardens – Keystone’s luxury development exclusively for the over 55s in Humberston, Lincolnshire – has been shortlisted for a top award.

The development, on Humberston Avenue, is being delivered as part of a joint venture between Keystone (part of Longhurst Group) and Countryside Partnerships (formerly Westleigh).

The stunning development has been named as a finalist in the Residential Project of the Year Category at the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2019.

The awards will be held in Lincoln on Tuesday, February 5 2019.

Residents have moved into 12 of the development’s luxury homes to date, with a further six having been reserved. Only two properties remain fully available, with a further two awaiting release to the market.
