Keystone gets go ahead for 16 new homes in Humberston Avenue
The first phase of a 400-home development in Humberston, by Keystone Developments in partnership with Westleigh, has been given the go-ahead
North East Lincolnshire’s planning committee granted permission for Keystone Developments to build 16 homes on land off Humberston Avenue. The new homes will form part of a high quality development, with ten designated as retirement dwellings and six as general market homes.
The decision relates to the design and layout of homes on a small part of the overall site, fronting onto Humberston Avenue. The next phase consisting of another sixty eight homes has also been submitted for a reserved matters planning permission and should be determined in the coming weeks.
‘We have consulted extensively with local residents and key stakeholders and are delighted that planning permission has been granted. We bring house building of the highest quality together with a commitment to excellent design, long term sustainability and a management service that’s second to none. Once built, our retirement and affordable homes and surroundings are managed in a caring manner, that’s responsive to residents’ needs” said Nick Worboys, Assistant Director of Development.
