Home Grange shortlisted for top industry award

KEYSTONE'S Home Grange development has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award.

KEYSTONE'S Home Grange development has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award.

Built in partnership with Gusto Construction on the edge of the city’s Grade II-listed Boultham Park, Home Grange will provide 36 stylish one and two-bedroom apartments exclusively for the over 55’s.

Designed by Studio-G Associates (SGA), the project, which is due to complete in the Spring, has now been shortlisted for the Residential Development of the Year category at the 2018 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards.

The winning development will be announced Tuesday, February 6 at The Engine Shed in Lincoln.

Simon Dillon, project manager at Home Grange said: “It’s fantastic to hear that Home Grange has been shortlisted for this award as it’s real endorsement of the strong partnership working between ourselves, SGA and Gusto that has brought this ambitious project to fruition.

“We find ourselves in good company in the Residential Development of the Year category and I’m sure it’ll be a tough choice for the judges.

“However, we’re very proud of what we’ve created at Home Grange, believing that it brings something unique to the city of Lincoln and we’re really looking forward to the awards ceremony next month.”

Longhurst Group’s Corporate Sales Manager, Chris Parkinson, continued: “We see this shortlisting as recognition of Home Grange’s quality as a development.

“We’re proud to say that all of the apartments have been built to an exceptionally high standard, as has the stunning glazed homeowners lounge, landscaped gardens and the fully-equipped on-site guest facilities.

“Right from the outset, we knew that we would be delivering a unique development that Lincoln could be proud of and so it’s very rewarding to have that view validated by being shortlisted for this award.”

Home Grange’s designers have seamlessly incorporated the site’s existing farmhouse, with its attractive period façade facing onto the garden.

The upper floor properties boast picturesque views of Boultham Park, the International Bomber Command Memorial Spire and Lincoln Cathedral.

Steff Wright, CEO at Gusto Homes added: “Home Grange has been an excellent joint venture project for our Gusto Homes team, working with Keystone developments and our Studio G architects.

“These apartments, overlooking the landscaped gardens which link into the newly-refurbished Boultham Park, create a fantastic environment in which to live.”
