Keystone works in partnerships with other organisations to bring forward high quality developments. The developments at Watermead Court and Saddlers Court and, now, at The Croft are all examples of joint venture partnerships with established private developers.

We believe that these developer partnerships achieve the best of both worlds. Collectively, we bring quality commercial house building expertise together with the long term customer focus of Keystone and Longhurst Group. Between us we are able to acquire sites, achieve planning approvals and then carry through developments that are conceived and managed to the highest order.

We are always looking for further partnership opportunities. We are aware of considerable demand in our areas for quality new housing in the right location and at the right price. Keystone Developments, although financially viable in its own right, is backed by the considerable financial strength of the Longhurst Group of companies.
