Keystone Developments was formed in 2001 to specialize in the development of private retirement housing and starter homes for sale in response to local demands.  Although a relatively new company you are safe in the knowledge that working in the background is their parent company, Longhurst Group, providing you with over 30 years of developing, building and managing homes across the East Midlands.

Longhurst Group is a not-for-profit company and Keystone Developments provides a critical link between the private sector and the housing services of the Group. Keystone works sympathetically on their developments to address the concerns and needs of the locals but at the same time always thinking about you the customer.  Our developments are built with you in mind and we always think carefully about each property so that it fits the purpose for which it was intended.

 When you move into a Keystone Home, the on-going management of your scheme will be provided by Longhurst Property Management, whose aim is to provide you with the freedom from stress and anxiety associated with owning your own home.
